We are seeking a top RN Weekend Supervisor to work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

• 12-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling options (9a-9p, 10a-10p, 11a-11p)

Key responsibilities:

• Complete nursing admission assessments and baseline care plans for new residents
• Perform MDS section GG functional assessments within required timeframes
• Ensure accurate daily skilled documentation
• Participate in developing, revising, and implementing resident care plans
• Provide written and oral reports and recommendations to clinical leadership
• Assist in coordinating nursing services with other resident care services

Position requirements:

• Minimum of a Nursing Degree from an accredited institution
• Valid RN license and CPR certification in the state of employment
