Shift Type:RN Weekend Supervisor

We are currently seeking a caring and dynamic individual to join our leadership team and have a direct and positive impact on the lives of our residents, families, and staff. The successful candidate will assist in planning, developing, and organizing the day-to-day functions. Additionally, providing supervision to the nursing staff, while ensuring the quality of nursing care provided to our residents.

RN Supervisor Qualifications:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State.
  • Experience as a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees.
  • Supervise staff in day-to-day operations
  • Function as floor nurse as needed
  • Capable of maintaining regular weekend attendance.
  • Ability to supervise other employees and work cooperatively to obtain resident care objectives.
  • Meet all local health regulations, and successfully complete a post-offer health assessment.

RN Requirements:

  • Current RN license in State.
  • Up-to-date first aid and CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience as an RN in a Long Term Care setting preferred.
  • Knowledge of Matrixcare is preferred.
