Job summary

Rivaya Care in Des Plaines, IL is hiring registered nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care within a supportive team.

Eligible nurses may qualify for CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes incentives totaling up to $50,000, including up to $40,000 in loan repayment and up to $10,000 in stipends, subject to eligibility and program rules. Candidates must work at least 30 hours weekly and commit to three years.

Qualifications

• Active, valid state RN license.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to health changes.
• Complete accurate resident documentation and charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and care teams.
• Promote safety, dignity, and well-being while complying with regulations.

RN Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid, active state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
