Extended Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our compassionate team in a full-time role. You will oversee nursing staff, assess residents, administer medications, and ensure high-quality, individualized care with a focus on safety and dignity.

Formación

• Valid, active state RN license.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and clinical charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.

RN Qualifications & Requirements
