Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations.

RN Qualifications & Requirements
