Rivaya of Des Plaines is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team and deliver exceptional nursing services. You’ll lead nursing staff, assess residents, administer medications, and coordinate care with physicians and families to ensure safety and well-being.

Formación

• Valid, active state Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work every other weekend.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and clinical charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.

RN Qualifications & Requirements
