Job summary

Lemont Nursing and Rehab is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team. We value compassionate care and strong clinical skills to provide exceptional services to our residents.

This full-time RN role involves supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, and delivering medications and treatments with integrity in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid, active state RN license.
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Compliance with state background check requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and clinical charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.
