Job summary

St. James' Manor in Illinois is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care. A valid RN license is required, and candidates must be able to work every other weekend and meet state background check requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct nursing staff, including LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Assess residents' health conditions and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
• Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Complete accurate resident documentation, assessments, and clinical charting.
• Conduct daily rounds and prioritize resident care.
• Coordinate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
• Ensure compliance with applicable nursing standards, facility policies, and state and federal regulations.

RN Qualifications & Requirements
