Job summary

Mercy Hospital St. Louis Critical Care Medicine Fellowship seeks an experienced RN for the Mercy Virtual triage program. The role supports 24/7 patient care coordination, education, and ED handoffs in the vAcute program, with opportunities to impact care across the continuum.

The position requires an active RN license (state or compact) and 2-3 years in Med Surg/ED/CCU, with ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and other certifications. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and growth pathways.

Qualifications

• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• 2-3 years of recent Med Surg, ED, or Critical Care.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC or equivalent certifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as 24/7 point of contact for ED handoffs.
• Facilitate scheduling and support patients in Mercy’s Intense Care Coordination program.
• Provide education and care coordination in the vAcute program across care continuum.
