You will supervise licensed nurses and patient care technicians, evaluate performance, manage staffing and schedules, and collaborate with unit leadership to resolve issues. RN licensure and BSN are required, with sign-on available.

Qualifications

• Required BSN to practice in Magnet facilities.
• RN license in state of practice and BLS certification.
• 1 year RN experience or 2 years LPN in acute care.
• Proficient in using computers and care coordination tools.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications and coordinates nursing care on the unit.
• Supervises and develops assigned nursing staff and technicians.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and nursing protocols.
• Manages scheduling and staffing for the unit's needs.
• Collaborates with leadership to resolve issues and ensure quality care.
