You will coordinate, delegate, and supervise care delivered by licensed nurses and patient care technicians, serving as a resource for assessment, planning and evaluation in collaboration with unit leadership.

Required BSN, RN license, BLS, and 1 year RN experience (or 2 years LPN in acute care).

Qualifications

• Requires BSN and RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Experience as a nurse in acute care settings.

Responsabilités

• Oversees operating room readiness, sterilization, and supply readiness.
• Supervises and evaluates nursing staff and technicians.
• Ensures adherence to nursing protocols and evidence-based practice.
• Manages staffing, scheduling, and unit operations.
