• Ensure operating room is clean, sterile, and supplies are ready.
• Alleviate patient concerns before surgery.
• Organize and supervise coordinated patient care within the unit.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned nursing staff and technicians.

• Manage shift conflicts and collaborate with supervisors and leadership.
• Support daily clinical operations with scheduling and resources.
