Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to provide clinical leadership for an assigned resident care unit. You will oversee daily operations, support nursing staff, promote regulatory compliance, and help ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted South Carolina RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Must maintain licensure in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit
• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure timely follow-up on changes
• Conduct rounds and address resident, family, and staff concerns
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary conferences
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
• Support survey readiness and quality improvement efforts
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and department leaders to achieve positive resident outcomes
