Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in SC.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing daily nursing operations.
• Oversee clinical care delivery within the unit.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.
• Monitor resident conditions and coordinate timely interventions.
