Job summary

Fountain Inn Post Acute in Fountain Inn, SC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time role. You will provide high-quality nursing care, oversee resident needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent clinical outcomes.

The position offers $32-$35/hour with shift differentials up to $5/hour, a supportive leadership team, and growth opportunities within our SC network. We value resident dignity, safety, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements.
• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and accurately.
• Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
• Communicate resident status updates with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in care planning meetings and resident assessments.
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and medical emergencies.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical systems as needed.
