Fountain Inn Post Acute, a 66-bed skilled nursing facility in Fountain Inn, SC, seeks an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead an assigned resident care unit. You will oversee daily operations, support nursing staff, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina RN license.
• Experience supervising nurses and nursing assistants in skilled nursing.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and care planning.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations of an assigned unit.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff.
• Ensure timely follow-up on resident condition changes.
• Participate in care plan meetings and surveys readiness.
