Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager for our South Haven nursing facility. The role requires planning, directing, and supervising nursing services across licensed units, with a focus on resident care plans and medication administration.

You will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality care standards. A sign-on bonus is offered, along with full-time scheduling and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with most in a management role.
• Passion for caring for residents and improving lives.
• Current RN license to practice.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance.

Unit Manager (RN) Needed for South Haven Nursing & Rehab!

Additional Offerings:

$7,500 Sign on Bonus!!

Full Time: 8 AM - 4 PM

On Call and some Night/Weekend PRN

MUST Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting!

Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager:

• RN will plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

• Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

QUALIFICATIONS for RN Unit Manager:

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
