Job summary

Atrium Centers South Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking an experienced Unit Manager (RN) to lead nursing services across licensed units. The role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a patient‑centered approach to care.

This full‑time position offers a daytime schedule (8 AM–4 PM), potential on‑call and some night/weekend PRN, and a $7,500 sign‑on bonus for qualifying candidates. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, quality care in a supportive community.

Qualifications

• At least three years of nursing experience in long-term care, with a significant portion in a management role.
• Current RN license is required.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct nursing services across licensed units under the DON.
• Assess and provide direct resident care per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as needed.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants.

Unit Manager (RN) Needed for South Haven Nursing & Rehab!

Additional Offerings:

$7,500 Sign on Bonus!!

Full Time: 8 AM - 4 PM

On Call and some Night/Weekend PRN

MUST Have Managerial Experience in a Skilled Nursing Setting!

Must hold current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities for RN Unit Manager:

• RN will plan, organize, staff, administer and direct a broad program of nursing services for all licensed units, under director of DON.

• Assess, evaluate, and provide direct care/related services for residents in accordance with their care plan

• Administer medications and complete treatments based on residents' needs

• Registered Nurse will supervise and evaluate the performance of nursing assistants

QUALIFICATIONS for RN Unit Manager:

• At least three (3) years of successful nursing experience in a long-term care environment; most of which should be in a management role.

• A passion for caring for and improving the lives of our residents

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Ability to Administer Medication and IV certification

• Good Working knowledge of State Rules/Regulations

• Positive Can-Do Attitude and Excellent Attendance
