Job summary

Atrium Living Centers Inc. seeks an experienced RN Unit Manager for our South Haven nursing facility. The role requires planning, directing, and supervising nursing services across licensed units, with a focus on resident care plans and medication administration.

You will oversee nursing staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high-quality care standards. A sign-on bonus is offered, along with full-time scheduling and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of nursing experience in a long-term care environment, with most in a management role.
• Passion for caring for residents and improving lives.
• Current RN license to practice.
• Ability to administer medications and IV certification.
• Good working knowledge of state rules/regulations.
• Positive can-do attitude and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, staff, administer and direct nursing services for all licensed units.
• Assess and provide direct care per residents’ care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per needs.
• Supervise and evaluate nursing assistants’ performance.
