Faith Haven Senior Care Center in Jackson, MI seeks an RN Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care for an assigned unit within 24-hour operation.

You will supervise the nursing team, conduct regular rounds, and ensure quality care using the latest technology as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Formación

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
• Ability to coordinate clinical care and lead an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise nursing team, assign directions, train staff, and evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care.
• Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions.

The Unit Manageris a registered nurse who isresponsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

• Starting salary $86,000 per year (up to$90,000)
• PLUS $10,000 sign on bonus!

How you will help people every day:

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse License iin the State of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
