Eastern Health Group is seeking an RN/LPN Unit Manager to supervise the delivery of nursing care, assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and oversee CNAs and other staff.

The ideal candidate will hold an active RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and possess strong documentation and English communication skills. Day shifts and a sign-on bonus are available. Join a resident-centered facility with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with active state license.
• CPR certification required and maintained.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff and CNA’s in care delivery.
• Assess resident needs and develop care plans.
• Document services for billing and charting.
• Perform admissions/discharges notes and care assessments.
• Maintain infection control and safe working environment.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and other departments.
