Eastern Health Group seeks a nurse supervisor to oversee delivery of care for residents in our facility. You will assess resident needs, develop and implement care plans, and supervise CNAs and nursing staff to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN or LPN license, with 1–3 years of supervisory experience and strong communication skills. CPR certification is required; familiarity with MS Office tools is a plus. Full-time daytime shifts available.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• One to three years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing staff and ensure delivery of resident care.
• Assess residents and develop care plans; document services for billing.
• Monitor and improve care quality and adherence to policies.
• Coordinate with Director of Nursing and other departments.
