Job summary

Eastern Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse/LPN Unit Manager to supervise the delivery of care to residents and coordinate nursing staff. The role requires assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, and evaluating outcomes while ensuring compliance with physician orders and facility policies.

The position offers a sign-on bonus for full-time and part-time roles, daily pay options, and a collaborative team environment with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.
• One (1) to three (3) years related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a current/active CPR certification.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet resident care needs through assessment, care planning and implementation.
• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff; provide guidance and training.
• Document services for accurate billing and record-keeping.
• Write admission notes and chart changes in residents’ records.
• Develop and implement care plans addressing nursing problems.
• Perform daily rounds to monitor resident status and respond to changes.
• Ensure compliance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership to resolve grievances and improve care quality.
