WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking a Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care for an assigned unit in a 24-hour operation. You will lead a strong interdisciplinary team, supervise the nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

The role offers weekday hours with on-call rotation, opportunities for leadership growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires RN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care and leadership experience
• Current CPR-BLS certification

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team including directing assignments, training, and evaluations
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and act as a clinical resource
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management)
• Promote hospitality and excellent service in daily interactions with residents and families
