Job summary
NexCare WellBridge Dimondale Nursing Care Center is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator to oversee a unit within the center's 24-hour operation and ensure quality clinical care for residents. You will lead a strong interdisciplinary team, conduct rounds, and implement care using the latest technology while promoting hospitality and customer service.
The role requires an accredited nursing degree, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, Michigan RN licensure, and CPR-BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Current RN license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct team regarding skilled care process and serve as resource for clinical issues.
- Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
- Supervise nursing team including direction, assignments, training, and evaluations.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.
