WellBridge of Rochester Hills is seeking a Unit Manager RN to coordinate clinical care for an assigned unit in a 24-hour operation. You will lead a strong interdisciplinary team, supervise the nursing staff, and ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.

The role offers weekday hours with on-call rotation, opportunities for leadership growth, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requires RN license in Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with licensure as a Registered Nurse in Michigan
• Minimum 2 years of long-term care and leadership experience
• Current CPR-BLS certification

Responsabilités

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

How You Will Help People Every Day

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of long term care and leadership experience.
• Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
