NexCare Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager for WellBridge of Rochester Hills in Michigan. The RN Unit Manager coordinates clinical care on a unit in a 24-hour operation, leads an interdisciplinary team, and ensures high-quality resident care.

The role is Monday–Friday with on-call rotations. Requires RN license in Michigan, CPR-BLS, and at least two years of long-term care leadership. Competitive salary up to $90,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of long term care and leadership experience.
• Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License; current CPR-BLS certification.
• Analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and improve quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team, provide direction and training, and conduct evaluations.
