Job summary

The Springs at Rochester Hills is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to lead our Inter Disciplinary Team. You will oversee the unit's clinical staff, coordinate care, and ensure medication management and charting accuracy to deliver high-quality resident care.

You will have autonomy to train, educate, and implement tools that support your nursing team, with support to thrive in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the unit and supervise clinical staff.
• Ensure quality of patient care, including medication management and charting, and coordinate with residents and families.
• Provide training and education to staff and implement best practices for the nursing team.

The Springs at Rochester Hills is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our Inter Disciplinary Team!

As the Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the unit. In this position you will be given the automony to train, educate & ensure the clinical staff working under your supervision are top notch & providing the best quality of care! You will oversee all aspects of patient care, including medication management, charting, care coordination and communication with the resident and families.

We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful & the freedom to implement those tools in a way that works for you and your nursing team!
