NexCare Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager for WellBridge of Rochester Hills in Michigan. The RN Unit Manager coordinates clinical care on a unit in a 24-hour operation, leads an interdisciplinary team, and ensures high-quality resident care.

The role is Monday–Friday with on-call rotations. Requires RN license in Michigan, CPR-BLS, and at least two years of long-term care leadership. Competitive salary up to $90,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of long term care and leadership experience.
• Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan License; current CPR-BLS certification.

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team. How you will help people every day:

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
