NexCare WellBridge Senior Living is seeking an RN Unit Manager in Brighton, MI to lead the nursing team and coordinate clinical care on a 24-hour unit. You will mentor staff, ensure quality care, and drive excellent patient outcomes using the latest technologies.

Starting salary ranges $90,000–$95,000 annually with annual increases. Benefits include tuition discounts and loan repayment, 401(k) with match, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for Michigan and CPR-BLS certification.
• Analytical ability to develop personalized care plans and solve problems related to well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Supervise nursing team, provide direction and training, and participate in evaluations.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor care and performance.
• Instruct team on skilled care processes and serve as a resource for clinical issues.
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for the coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. We can work with your scheduling needs:

• All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays, as well as rotating weekend on-call schedule.

How you will help people every day:

• You will supervise the nursing team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• You will conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• You will instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues
• You will ensure the completion of requested reports, i.e., infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.

What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Current Registered Nurse State of Michigan RN License; current CPR-BLS certification.
• A high level of analytical abilities in order to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care!
