NexCare WellBridge Senior Living in Rochester Hills, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate clinical care for a designated unit within our 24-hour operation. This leadership role involves implementing care, leading a strong interdisciplinary team, and participating in on-call rotations.

You will supervise nursing staff, conduct rounds, ensure quality reporting, and promote compassionate, high‑quality patient experiences. Michigan RN licensure and CPR-BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• At least 2 years of long-term care and leadership experience.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing team including directing assignments and providing training.
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
• Instruct the team on skilled care processes and serve as a clinical resource.
• Ensure completion of requested reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management).
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests and families.

The Unit Manager is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24 hour operation and ensuring consistent and quality care for all residents. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team. What you will need to be part of ourEPICteam:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited school of nursing, with at least 2 years of long term care and leadership experience.
