• Supervises nursing care provided by RNs, LPNs, and CNAs/STNAs.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities per policies and laws.
• Interview, hire, train, and assign staff; monitor performance and conduct evaluations.
• Schedule and manage workflow, breaks, and staff coverage.
• Receive and resolve employee complaints; manage rotation of nurses within unit.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facility standards.
