Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision experience.
• Familiarity with long-term care regulations and standards.

• Proven ability to manage workflows and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; conduct performance evaluations.
• Plan and direct staff scheduling, training, and workflow.
• Handle staffing coverage and returns; address staff concerns.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and incident reporting.
