The role requires a nursing degree, RN license, CPR certification, and at least three years of nursing experience with a year in long-term care. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; RN license.

Responsibilities

• Hire, discipline, and evaluate staff.
