Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent and RN license required.
• Active RN licensure in the employment states.
• Previous supervisory experience in long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels meet daily resident needs and adjust as required.
• Lead weekly meetings and coordinate with DON/ADON for care plans.
• Monitor nursing staff and ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Oversee medication passes, treatments, and resident safety.
• Participate in QA meetings and ongoing education.
