Job summary

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license, have supervisory experience, and possess LTC and acute care knowledge. This role supports quality care and regulatory compliance within a busy facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; RN program graduate.
• Must be actively licensed RN in assigned state(s) of employment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Two years of LTC experience.
• Acute Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels are met daily for each shift.
• Adjust staffing levels each shift and update posted schedule accordingly.
• Lead the weekly resident At Risk meeting and ensure interventions are implemented.
• Participate in morning clinical review meetings and PPS meetings.
• Review medical records to ensure programs are in place and staff follow policies.
