Job summary

CareOne Concord is hiring an RN Unit Manager to oversee daily operations on the assigned clinical unit in a long‑term care setting. The salary ranges from $98,000 to $104,000 per year and is based on experience, credentials, and other relevant information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must be an actively licensed RN in assigned state(s) of employment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Two years of LTC experience.
• Acute Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing levels meet daily needs for residents.
• Adjust staffing and posted schedules per shift.
• Lead weekly resident At Risk meetings and ensure appropriate interventions.
• Participate in PPS meetings and monthly QA/A meetings.
• Monitor nursing staff and CNA documentation.
• Review resident changes in condition and ensure necessary follow-up and documentation.
• Review medical records to ensure care plans meet policy.
• Identify staff educational needs with Facility Educator.
• Collaborate with DON/ADON and other departments on issues.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA rules and regulations.
• Prepare performance evaluations and assist with admissions process.
• Ensure admission documentation and care plans are completed within 24–48 hours.
