You will lead nursing and patient/resident care, ensure compliance with standards and regulations, and collaborate with physicians and therapy staff to optimize outcomes.

This role also includes HR responsibilities such as staffing and performance management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff and physicians to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage unit HR, including overtime, recruitment and performance.
