The role requires a nursing degree and active RN licensure; you will coordinate staff, ensure compliance with standards, collaborate with physicians and therapies, and manage staffing with a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Long-term care leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing with delivery of high quality care and outcomes.
• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values, and standards.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians, rehab therapy and other professionals for optimal outcomes.
• Manage unit HR, staffing, performance, and disciplinary actions when needed.
