Genesis is seeking a Unit Manager/Director - RN to support the Director of Nursing and deliver high-quality care on an assigned unit. You will oversee operations, align care with regulatory standards, and work with physicians and rehab staff to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure and a track record in nursing leadership, with a focus on staff development, scheduling efficiency and quality outcomes in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, values and policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and therapists to achieve best patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources in the unit, including staffing, performance and disciplinary actions.
