Genesis is seeking an experienced Unit Manager/Director - RN to oversee a nursing unit and support the Director of Nursing in delivering high-quality care. You will lead the team to ensure safe, person-centered care and positive clinical outcomes within policy and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with physicians and therapists, manage staffing and performance, and drive satisfaction among patients, residents, families and staff in a dynamic long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the state required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct nursing and patient care for an assigned unit.
• Ensure care delivery aligns with mission, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with staff, physicians and therapists for optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage human resources, recruiting, performance and disciplinary actions.
