Certus Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager (RN) to plan, coordinate, and manage clinical services for a nursing unit. You will oversee nursing care and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.

Responsibilities include evaluating care systems, addressing family concerns, developing care plans, and participating in QA activities. Overtime, on-call availability, and potential travel may be required to meet facility needs.

Qualifications

• One to three years of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assesses and evaluates systems to facilitate quality resident care.
• Facilitates resolution of issues and concerns related to resident/patient care including family issues.
• Implements and evaluates nursing procedures and systems for unit programming.
• Performs nursing assessments regarding residents' health status.
• Develops and implements plans of care based on assessments.
• Provides health education to patients and families.
• Participates in quality assurance activities.
• Adheres to scope of practice limitations.
• Completes required forms and documents per company policy and regulations.
• Performs general nursing duties during emergencies or staffing shortages.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
