Job summary

CareRite Centers, LLC is looking for an RN Unit Manager to lead a nursing unit in a skilled nursing setting. The role includes administrative duties, charting, and supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff with evaluations and disciplinary action as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining a quality assurance program, coordinating nursing services with other resident services, and making independent decisions when required. Evening, night, and weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a current RN license for the state of practice.
• Ability to supervise licensed and non-licensed staff with evaluations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports and charting.
• Oversee day-to-day supervision of nursing staff and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain a quality assurance program for the nursing unit.

• Possess leadership and the ability to make independent decisions when needed.
