Complete Care is seeking an RN Unit Manager for a full-time day shift with full benefits. Maryland RN licensure is required, and prior long-term care experience is preferred. Pay negotiable based on experience.

You will lead resident care planning, conduct assessments, coordinate with families and inter-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Opportunities for advancement and supportive leadership await.

Formación

• Maryland RN license required.
• Leadership experience in long-term care.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilidades

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to develop, implement and continually update individual care plans, supplement hands on care needs
• Assessments: Complete admission, discharge and other assessments as needed
• Triage & Interventions: Assist to handle acute health changes, physicians' orders and collaboration with care providers & families
• Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with federal, state, county & company health/safety regulations
• Quality Assurance: Audit documentation & care for quality control/compliance
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Team Oversight & Mentorship: Provide ongoing training, orientation & performance evaluations for staff. Manage staffing schedules and assignments
