Job summary

Complete Care Management is seeking a RN Unit Manager (Registered Nurse) for a full-time day shift with full benefits. Pay is negotiable based on experience; opportunities for advancement exist and an on-call rotation is required.

The role focuses on care planning, assessments, triage, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance within a long-term care setting. Leadership is essential to mentor staff and coordinate with families and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Prior long-term care experience required.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen and references.
Leadership experience in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

Care planning: develop and update individual care plans.
Assessments: conduct admissions, discharges and other needed assessments.
Triage & interventions: respond to health changes and coordinate with providers.
Regulatory standards: ensure compliance with regulations.
Quality assurance: audit documentation and care for quality control.
Family & team liaison: communicate resident changes to families and team.
Team oversight & mentorship: train, orient and schedule staff.
