Lionstone Healthcare is seeking an experienced Unit Manager - RN in Ohio to lead nursing operations within a long‑term care setting. You will supervise staff, ensure high‑quality care, and oversee daily clinical activities.

You will direct medication administration, charting, safety, and staff development while maintaining regulatory compliance and fostering a patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing personnel including STNAs and other staff.
• Ensure compliance with Facility policies and procedures; periodically review and update manuals and descriptions.
• Prepare, file, and review resident records, physician orders, and medication transcription for accuracy.
• Provide and supervise administration of medications as ordered by the physician.
• Develop work assignments and provide feedback for staff performance evaluations.
• Deliver direct nursing care, monitor residents, and report changes to the medical team.
• Lead staff development, in-service training, and orientation for new employees.
• Ensure patient safety and sanitation; participate in health surveys and inspections.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and provide leadership as needed.
