Job summary

Arbors at Minerva is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to direct the daily operation of a nursing unit within a long-term care facility in Ohio. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering compassionate service to residents and families.

You will supervise staffing, oversee care plans, and collaborate with physicians, families, and leadership to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing; degree preferred.
• Licensed RN in the applicable state; CPR certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Direct the general operations of the nursing unit and manage staff performance.
• Plan and facilitate resident care meetings to address unit issues.
• Ensure staffing and budgets meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee medication administration, records, and supplies for safe patient care.
• Mentor and orient new personnel; participate in QA and quality improvement activities.
