Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager - RN in Moraine, Ohio to lead our nursing team and deliver high-quality resident care. You will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate daily operations to maintain exceptional standards of care.

You will provide direct nursing services, mentor STNAs, manage admissions, medication administration, and charting while upholding safety and sanitation protocols.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active RN license in Ohio.

Responsabilités

• Direct the day-to-day functions of STNAs and nursing personnel
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Review department policies and propose revisions
• Complete and file admission/transfer/discharge forms
• Ensure medical records are accurate and signed
• Administer medications as ordered and verify resident identity
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the physician
• Provide leadership and mentorship to staff and participate in evaluations
• Maintain patient safety and sanitation; support health surveys
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
