Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Ohio required.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience in health care facility.
• Minimum three years nursing experience in health care facility.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office; internet skills required.
• EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care plans and ensure staff follow them in daily care.
• Monitor medications and treatment schedules; ensure proper administration.
• Manage staffing and budget lines; monitor resources.
• Supervise unit staff and foster positive work environment.
• Coordinate care with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
