Otterbein SeniorLife seeks a Unit Manager to plan, coordinate and manage clinical services for a nursing unit. You will partner with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care and supervise staff while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Role requires Ohio RN licensure, supervision experience, and ability to lead QA/QI activities. Shift is M-F 8a-5p with on-call rotation; opportunities include growth and a strong promote-from-within tradition.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Knowledge of applicable state & Federal regulations.
• Current State RN License and CEUs as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates interdisciplinary care and treatment plans with staff, physician and families.
• Supervises personnel and enforces disciplinary actions when needed.
• Participates in education, training and orientation for unit staff.
• Oversees safety issues of the Unit and infection control protocols.
• Conducts meetings and contributes to QA/QI and care conferences.
• Performs general nursing duties during emergencies or staffing shortages.
